Acceptance of Terms

This website is operated by Pastor Michael Anti Ministry, Accra, Ghana (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using it — including by placing an order — you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Using the Site

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or to send anything harmful, abusive or misleading;
• try to access the admin area, other people’s orders, or systems you are not authorised to use;
• copy or scrape the site at a scale that harms it, or interfere with how it works;
• share, resell or misuse download links or e-book files (see “Digital Books”);
• use another person’s payment method without their permission.

We may block access, or cancel an order, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

Content & Copyright

All content on this site — including text, books, e-books, images, logos, sermons, music and podcasts — belongs to Pastor Michael Anti Ministry or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, sell or republish it without our prior written permission.

Our Books

Each book may be offered as a digital copy (an e-book in PDF format) and/or a physical (printed) copy — you choose the format when you add it to your cart. We describe each book as accurately as we can, but covers and details may vary slightly. Availability and prices may change at any time, and physical stock is limited to the copies we hold.

Orders & Payment

• All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). You check out as a guest — no account is needed. Please enter your email address carefully, because your receipt and any download links are sent there.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when your payment is received and we send you a receipt. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or was priced in error — and any payment for it will be refunded.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack and may be made by card or mobile money. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.
• Discount or coupon codes are subject to their own conditions (such as expiry, minimum spend or a limited number of uses) and may be withdrawn at any time.

Holding Stock While You Pay

When you go to pay, we set aside the physical copies in your order for up to 30 minutesso they aren’t sold to someone else while you complete payment. If payment isn’t completed in that time, the copies are released and the order lapses without charge. If your payment does arrive after that and the copy is no longer available, we will contact you and either arrange the item for you or refund you in full.

Digital Books

• Automatic delivery. When your payment is confirmed we email you automatically — your e-book PDF is attached where its size allows, and the email always includes secure download links. The links also appear on your order confirmation page and on our Track Order page (using your order number and email).
• Link limits. Each download link is valid for 30 days and can be used up to 5 times. Please keep your links private.
• Licence. Digital books are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, publish or redistribute the files or links.
• Problems.If you don’t receive your email (check your spam folder first) or a link doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll sort it out or send a fresh link.
• Because they are delivered instantly, digital books are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or opened, except where the file is faulty or was not delivered.

Physical Books & Delivery

• You give a delivery address and phone number at checkout. No delivery fee is charged at checkout — the price you pay covers the book only.
• After your payment is confirmed, we will contact you (by phone or email) to arrange delivery and to agree the delivery cost, which is paid separately, before your book is dispatched.
• Please make sure the phone number and address you give us are correct and that you can be reached. If we cannot agree delivery with you, you may cancel the physical part of your order for a refund of the price you paid for the book.
• Delivery times depend on your location and the courier; any dates we mention are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Order Tracking & Receipts

You can check the status of any order on the Track Order page using your order number and the email you used at checkout. Please keep your order number safe — it and your email are how we identify your order.

Returns & Refunds

• If a physical book arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Returned items should be unused and in their original condition.
• Digital books follow the rules in “Digital Books” above.
• Where a refund is due it is made to your original payment method through Paystack; the time it takes to reach you depends on your bank or mobile-money provider.

Third-Party Services & Links

The site uses and links to third-party services such as Paystack, YouTube, Podbean and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or practices, and your use of them is under their own terms.

Availability

We work to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The content on this site is provided for general information and spiritual encouragement. While we strive for accuracy, the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Ghana.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date; orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
